FAQ
Questions? We've Got Answers
The things parents ask us most before a visit to PlayIn Sandyford.
Do I need to book in advance?
Booking online is the surest way to get a spot, especially at weekends and school holidays. Walk-ins are welcome when a session isn't full, but we can't always guarantee space.
How long is a play session?
[TBC: session length, e.g. 60 or 90 minutes.] You can see live availability and pick a start time when you book.
What ages is the soft play for?
[TBC: age range.] The play frame is built for young children, with softer zones for the littlest visitors. A grown-up stays with their kids during the session.
Do we need socks on the play frame?
Yes — everyone on the equipment needs socks, grown-ups included. Bring your own or grab a pair at the desk.
Can grown-ups sit and watch?
Absolutely. Café seating looks out over the play area, so you can keep an eye on things with a coffee in hand.
How do I book a birthday party?
Pick a package above and tell us the date you'd like, or email info@playin.ie. We'll confirm availability and sort the details with you.
Can you cater for food allergies?
Tell us about allergies when you book and we'll do our best to cater for them. [TBC: party menu and allergen information]
Is there parking nearby?
Beacon South Quarter has parking close to the Plaza. [TBC: parking charges and any PlayIn discount]
Can I buy a gift voucher?
Yes — digital PlayIn vouchers are sent by email and make an easy birthday or christening present.
What if I need to change my booking?
[TBC: cancellation and rescheduling policy.] Email us and we'll help you move your session to a better time.
